Moneyfields Women have been handed a home match to kick off the 2025/26 league season. Moneys, last season’s FA Women’s National League (FA WNL) Division One South West runners-up, welcome Bridgwater United to the John Jenkins Stadium on August 17th (KO 2 pm).

The following week, newly promoted Ascot United make the trip south on August 24th, before Moneys hit the road to face Portishead Town on August 31st.

In a refreshed FA WNL Cup Determining Round, Moneys will compete in a group stage alongside AFC Bournemouth, Ascot United and Southampton FC U21.

Each team will play each other the once, with Moneys travelling to take on the Cherries on August 20th (KO 7:45 pm). Ascot United and Saints U21 come to the John Jenkins on September 7th and 28th, respectively.

Group winners and the best ten runners-up will progress to the FA WNL Cup. The twelve remaining runners-up up along with the twenty highest third-placed teams progress to the Plate knock out rounds.

Moneys will join the Adobe Women’s FA Cup in the Third Qualifying Round on October 26th.

November will offer a stern test for Karl Watson’s players with away trips to promotion hopefuls Bristol Rovers on the 16th and Swindon Town 30th.

Moneys are scheduled to break for Christmas following an away trip to Bridgwater United on December 14th, although December 21st remains open in case of any rearranged fixtures.

The season will come full circle with a familiar finale — a home match against Swindon Town, just as it ended in 2024/25.

In a one-off change to the normal format, there will be a second chance for promotion, with the second-placed team going into a play-off against their counterpart in Division One South East.
