The 28-year-old former Moneyfields player joins the Club after two seasons in charge of Petersfield Town, working alongside another ex-Moneys man in Connor Hoare as joint-manager.
The Rams finished 13th in the Wessex Premier Division in their first season in charge after the Club had won promotion from Division One. After a move over to the Southern Combination League the following season, the side were led to a 5th place finish, which gave them a place in the play-offs. Unfortunately, The Rams lost to eventual play-off winners Crowborough Athletic.
Callum has strong links to Moneyfields having come through the youth set-up and going onto play 105 times for the club over several spells, with his last coming in the 2022/23 season. Although goals didn’t come to often, one that still sticks in the Moneys faithful memory is his 95th minute winner in a 1-0 win over Baffins Milton Rovers back in April 2023.
The incoming manager expressed his delight at being given the opportunity to manage the Club
“I am delighted to be returning to a club I know very well. Having been captain of the youth team that won the League and Hampshire Cup double in 2015 and going onto make over 100 appearances as a player, it now seems fitting that I take have been appointed as the first team manager.
Moneyfields is a club who are used to success under previous leadership, and this is something I am keen to build on for not just next season, but beyond.
I look forward to seeing you all soon”

Director of Football, Glenn Turnbull, had this to say upon the appointment of Callum Glen as the new first team manager
“Since he made the decision to stop playing and leave Moneys for Petersfield I’ve stayed close to Callum. He is meticulous in his preparation. He also knows the player pool and given where we are as a club this was an important factor in the appointment. Last year we hope has provided a solid base for Callum and his team to build on and I hope to work with him on that, without wishing to interfere. I have a view about how a manager should operate, and that is he is the leader of the team, while I’m there to aid if needed. Our first job will be to meet and hopefully keep a large nucleus of the group who has been so successful over previous years, from players to staff.
Callum’s voice and ideas will be a vital refresh to a changing room that has some large characters in it and in the words used recently in football my glass ceiling should be his floor/platform to take the club forward.
Our ambition is to keep improving and given the John Jenkins facility make us an established club at this level of football and beyond.”
Head of Media, Andrew ‘Barney’ Barnard sat down with Callum to talk about his appointment.
