Kaleem was part of the Moneyfields youth setup, playing alongside the likes of Dorking Wanderers frontman, Alfie Rutherford, before going on to progress through the youth ranks at Portsmouth, making his debut in the EFL Trophy away to Exeter City and later making a name for himself at Chichester City.

He’s not a complete stranger to our senior side either, having made two first-team appearances for the Moneys during the COVID-hit 2020/21 season in the Portsmouth Senior Cup. Kaleem even scored a goal against Fareham Town in the semi-final, who we will of course face this season, after their promotion from the Wessex Premier League.

Haitham was part of the Chichester squad that qualified for the play-offs during the 2023/24 Isthmian League – South East Division and went on to win eventual promotion, so he’s no stranger to Step 4 football and contributing to success at this level.

Still only in his mid-20s, Kaleem brings pace, experience and local roots, so we’re delighted to have him back in Yellow & Navy.

Head of Media, Barney, talks to our new signing about joining the Club.
