Glenn joined the Club from US Portsmouth, who he took to the FA Vase Semi-Final in the 2020-21 and gained promotion from Wessex Division One with them. After three years at Moneys he won the Wessex Premier Division title in the 2023-24 season. At the end of the 2024-25 season, Glenn stepped down as Manager and became the clubs Director of Football.
